The Journey of E is the start of something that should have happened a long time ago: me actually taking care of myself, first.
I let myself become a person I hardly recognized and my physical, mental, and emotional health suffered beyond measure.
The good news? The healing starts now. This very minute, I have started healing myself and that knowing, and hope, is incredible.
This particular series, The Journey of E, is going to focus on the healing I’m experiencing through proper nutrition, supplementation, and detoxification of my body. It’s also going to tell the story of the incredible woman, now a friend, who I met randomly in Middle TN who has changed my life and will be my coach on this new adventure.
As a health coach, Jami Lee, specializes in helping those with autoimmune (and other) diseases reclaim their health, and their lives. Her nutrition protocol, A Body in Repair: Regeneration, is the beginning of this new chapter in my life.
And it starts with 9 cups.
Starting today, and for the next 90 days, I will eat 9 cups of whole, nutrient dense fruits and vegetables to give my cells the fuel they need to regenerate. The nutrients they need to recover from all the damage I have done to them. And give a boost to my metabolism to kick this extra weight once and for all. Additionally, the protocol focuses on consuming sufficient amounts of animal protein, fermented foods, healing drinks, and healthy fats, to give the body all the good stuff it needs.
My goals for protocol are many, but to highlight, a few of the tops ones are:
- Reducing inflammation
- Allowing my body to experience full cellular regeneration
- Establishing which foods are for me
- Attaining my ideal BMI
- And many more!
This protocol also involves saying no to a lot of things, in order to say yes to a future, and I’m stinking here for it.
This journey will also allow me to build on all the knowledge that my parents, family members, friends, and other holistic practitioners have taught me over the years.
God brings each and every person into our lives for a reason and I firmly believe Jami is in mine to aid in my healing journey and the journey all of you are taking.
She is awesome and she can help you be awesome too.
So this post is dedicated to Jami, my healing journey, and making 2023 a year for the books.
